Hi Giovanni, I am so sorry that you did not get any communication from us! That is unacceptable! I researched your order and saw that it was placed on hold by our processing company. When it is put on hold, the customer service manager should let you know and verify that everything is correct. That obviously didnt happen. Since your order was cancelled, you were never charged. If you had a good coupon and want to be able to use it, our manager can create an invoice for you and apply the coupon that you used. Then once it is paid, we can ship it out for you.
