I use only one gummy an hour or so before I want to fall asleep, and it works like a charm. Taking 2 of them is like a knock-out pill! Having been troubled with insomnia on and off for years, this is the only OTC preparation or hemp extract product I’ve ever tried that actually works. Most sleeping aids are either only for short-term use, or even worse are habit-forming or addictive. CBD + melatonin is neither.

Honestly, I was skeptical about buying the gummies. I wasn’t sure if they would work. Needless to say, buying them was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The sleeping gummies work fantastic!

I can feel a difference between the other gummies. I am more drowsy using these.
