I’m from Florida and ever since it started raining again, I’ve been feeling intense, intense pain in my knees. I use this pain freeze throughout the day and honestly, I feel like it started getting better and I don’t have to use as much as often. PLUS, I don’t have to get my hands dirty!!

Bought this one just to try it out. It still works just as well as the regular pain freeze, but since I use it so often, I think I would need more. Will probably continue buying the 4 oz. pain freeze instead.

I’ve always loved the pain freeze but hated that it was so messy… This makes it so much easier to use when I’m out and about. Definitely my new fave!!

I started using this product after my workouts and I wake up feeling good and less sore than normal. I recommend this product to keep in your gym bag, since it feels the best right after you workout instead of when you get home. But it will probably work just as well later in the night.
